CLUB TAX PRINTERS NOW AVAILABLE FOR PRE-ORDER

TREASURERS QUIVER IN ANTICIPATION

The glitter and bodypaint from Halloween is barely wiped
clean, the food coma of Thanksgiving is still weeks away,
but all the superstores and megamalls are already hawking
holiday swag with the white-hot intensity of a thousand
suns. It's as if all seasons are but a prelude to the
manic strange days of December -- this reporter longs for
a simpler time, when jack-o-lanterns and turkey dinners
could be enjoyed without the constant drumming of seasonal commercialism.

But, there are some seasons that require vigilance and
forethought far before their zenith. Tax Season, dear readers, is a prime example.

To that end, ICLUBcentral has now made the 2007 Club Tax Printers available for pre-order.

Though the great unwashed public must purchase the Tax
Printer software at the retail price of $89.99, enlightened members of StockCentral (like you) will again save $30, and pay only $59.99.

But that is old news, as StockCentral members receive
deep discounts as a matter of course. This year, however, there is a new wrinkle: The Ultimate Tax Printer Discount.
Hyperbole aside, if five or more members of your club
become paying subscribers to StockCentral, your club will
receive the Federal Tax Printer, gratis. Ten or more?
You'll get the State Tax Printer, too (if applicable, of course).

Visit ICLUB.com or contact the ICLUB Support Team for more information on all things Tax Printer, and be sure to download the Ultimate Tax Printer Discount offer form.

SPANNING THE GLOBE

DOUG GERLACH PRESENTS

ICLUBcentral President and investing "person of interest" Doug Gerlach is coming to your town!

(Note: this is true only if you live in Phoenix, AZ or
Philadelphia, PA. Otherwise, he's not coming to your town. You can, however, ask him very nicely to come to your town.)

Yes, the Doug Show is on the road over the next two
weekends, and the man himself will be bringing the good
word to crazed fans from coast to coast. If you're close to Phoenix or Philadelphia, check the StockCentral Events Calendar for details on where and how to attend his
workshops -- and be sure to look ahead to find other upcoming investing events in your area!

NEW RESOURCES AT STOCKCENTRAL

BOOK DISCUSSIONS AND RATIO ANALYZER

It's been a heady fortnight at StockCentral, and this reporter has two golden nuggets to pass along to you.

Firstly, there is a new member of the StockCentral suite of online tools -- the StockCentral Ratio Analyzer. What does
this novel invention bring to the table? Only ICLUB's
Product Manager, Dave Forgianni, can answer such a complex interrogative:

"Comparative ratio analysis helps you identify and quantify a company's
strengths and weaknesses, evaluate its financial position, and understand any risks you may be taking by investing in it.

"Using data from a company's annual and quarterly reports, this tool
suggests when changes in these data are good, bad or show warning signs
through color coded boxes and appropriate verbiage. The goal of this tool, originally developed as a spreadsheet by Bob Adams, was to
determine the important annual and quarterly report data and how to
judge the results of an analysis. Various books, authored by Peter
Lynch, Warren Buffett, Benjamin Graham, and others were researched by
Bob Adams during development. 'What does the author look for when
studying the Annual Report' was the question in mind while doing the research, and has resulted in the StockCentral Ratio Analyzer."

Speaking of books, those of you who frequent the StockCentral Community message boards have no doubt noticed the new After Hours Book Forum, led by Sheryl Sostarich. Sheryl comes to StockCentral with a rock solid background in investing:

"For those who don't know me, I am a member of BetterInvesting,
StockCentral, Manifest Investing, the American Association of
Individual Investors (AAII) and an officer in the Crow River
Investment Club in Minneapolis. I'm a past director of
BetterInvesting and AAII and I'm an active member of the Manifest User's Group planning committee.

"While my father instilled in me the importance of saving
money, my mother taught me the principles of sound money
management. I am an insatiable reader and I hope to motivate you to learn and earn."

Join Sheryl and the rest of the StockCentral Community in the After Hours Book Forum. The discussion of Christopher H. Browne's The Little Book of Value Investing has already begun.

THIS REPORTER DEMANDS TO BE PAID IN EUROS

"The true measure of a career is to be able to be content,
even proud, that you succeeded through your own endeavors without leaving a trail of casualties in your wake."

- ALAN GREENSPAN,
former Chairman of the Federal Reserve

My name is John Cwynar, the assistant financial partner for the South Towns Investment Club in Orchard Park, NY.  Our club currently has 4 partners who have subscribed to Stock Central for a year.  Our club has also decided to purchase a stock central subscription (the 5th 0ne) for our Portfolio Manager.  Can I purchase the subscription and register it in the name of the portfolio manager and pay for it with my personal credit card?   We also use CAO; do I have to use the same registration info for Stock Central as was used for "myiclub registration" for the portfolio manager?

I need a quick answer because I then want to take advantage of the free offer for the online tax printer.   Is there a 12/31/07 deadline on the free tax printer offer?

Thank You & Happy Holidays!

John Cwynar (Assistant Club Treasurer)

PS:  I've asked the same question of iclub support but not sure if that was the proper forum for it.
