The reason I ask is that I purchased Club Acct Maintenance from ICLUB on 2/12/07 (CSW 0702-33695BQM) but when I look at my account on STOCKcentral, there is no record of it.  Frankly, I don't understand how all of these groups work together (or not):  STOCKcentral, ICLUB, BI, NAIC.   Can you enlighten me?

Sure, glad to help!

First off, check your record again.  It should show the maintenance now.  If not, give me a call at 617-661-2582 and we'll take a look together.
It didn't show on your list because it's possible to create an account that's not tied to your club - you already had a record with us (what we call a PERSON record) associated with your club, but your StockCentral account was a brand-new one, not associated with the club at all.  I put the two records together, so you should see the maintenance now.

As for enlightenment, here's a handy glossary:

StockCentral - This lovely web site you're on right now.  StockCentral includes discussions on everything from stocks to software, provides tools for selecting and analyzing securities, and gives you discounts on ICLUBcentral software.  It's made by us, ICLUBcentral, and meant to be a gathering place for the entire investing community.

ICLUBcentral - That's us.  Headquartered in Cambridge, MA, smack-dab in the middle of Harvard Square, we've been making investing and accounting software since 1990. If you've used Stock Prospector, Classic Plus, Investor's Toolkit, Stock Analyst, Take Stock, Club Accounting, Club Accounting Online (myiclub.com), the Tax Printers, the Roster of Quality Companies, or Investor Advisory Service, you've worked with us.

BI (BetterInvesting, formerly NAIC) - A non-profit company out of Michigan tasked with the mission of teaching everyone how to invest.  They don't make software, but have endorsed and acted as a reseller for ours for years.
