We are unable to replicate this issue. I think the problem may be that you were looking at an open FAST TSSW, then went back to your main browser window (TSSW and Summary open in a new, smaller window) and entered in a new ticker in the box. The TSSW or Summary page does not automatically refresh, you'd need to click the "Update" link at the top of the form to update the page to the more recent ticker entry.

Please let me know if this sounds like what happened. We will look into having the new window (TSSW/Summary) refresh automatically upon entry of a new ticker, but for now you'll have to use the update link. Please let us know further questions, comments or suggestions, thanks!

I change my tune from "you may have been looking at the tssw and entered a new ticker and not hit update" to "there may have been a data feed error that has since been corrected".

Thanks for your vigilance and 'fast' feedback folks!
