Realty Income split the company into Realty Income and Orion Office REIT. The structure of the spinoff was the distribution of Orion Office REIT shares as a taxable distribution. Instructions for this spinoff are attached to this post.Please read the instructions carefully as this is a taxable event and distributions from REITS often need editing when 1099s are received from brokers.
