Joe,

Is the free membership offer still set to expire on Dec. 31, 2006?

Yes, it is.

So, take the opportunity to spread the word while the offer is in effect. You can use our Tell a Friend link to do it, too!

Joe--

Have reinstalled TK5, changed preferences per your FAQ, opened a new library exclusively for SC .ssgs, and I still can't get stocks from SC. Tried HD, C, and KNX. Is there some way to check my regisration? I can get here onto the site.

In reinstalling, I saved my 2 library.mdb files to my desktop, as well as the one labeled Company.mdb. Is there anything in the .mdb files that could block the downloading of an .ssg file?

Am looking for any ideas on what might be blocking my ability to download .ssg files from Stock Central.

Carol,

If you are here, then you can dowload SSG datafiles.

To verify that, go to the data page and type in a ticker symbol.  The click the button to download the file.  Toolkit should open with that file.

If all of that works, then you'll need to look at the username and password that you've plugged into Toolkit.  You must use the SAME EXACT user name that you use to log in here.  DO NOT USE your email address!  Same password, too!

If none of that works, give Tech Support a call!

Do you see the tab labelled "data"?  What tabs to you see on the home page?

Data Discrepancy for Intuit INTU.

Your data shows them earning $0.16 per share for the Quarter ending in October 2006.

NAIC WEbsite shows them losing $0.17 per share.  Smart Money confirms
