We have done some work on this end, and you should now be able to get back in to Toolkit6.
The issue was with the Roster of Quality Companies that Toolkit tries to download from the stockcentral web site. Due to the nature of the issue, you *might*, over the next 24 hours, see a message from Toolkit that it tried to download a new Roster of Quality, but ran into a problem with your StockCentral credentials, or your internet connection.
If you see this error, please click OK (sometimes you may need to click OK twice) to dismiss it, and gain access to Toolkit.
You can check if the data service is working, by starting a new stock study on a company that you do not already have in your library. Some popular ticker symbols to test with are: (F), and (FORD), as they are not commonly held stocks.
If you can start a new study for one or both of these stocks, then your subscription is working correctly.
