In Toolkit 6's Header, the Preferred Shares Box, are these preferred shares included in the calculation when determining the Diluted Shares?
Also I am confused why there is a $ sign($M) in the Preferred Shares Box. Is this figure a dollar amount???? I don't think so, Please correct me if I am wrong and explain the "$" in the ($M)

The number of shares of preferred stock isn't as important as the par value of the shares. Par value indicates the dollar amount that preferred shareholders would be entitled to in the case of liquidation of the company, so this is what you should enter here.
