Our club is using Ken Kavula's suggested Revenue-based EPS method--in his presentation, he did not include fully diluted shares information. There is an area for "Fully diluted Shares" on the Toolkit's "Basic Data" screen. Does the Morningstar data feed upload the fully diluted shares information when applicable? If so, should this information be inserted in the "Revenue-based Estimate" screen when using Ken Kavula's Method for estimating future EPS growth rate? If the Morningstar data feed does not include fully diluted shares when applicable, is this data important enough to manually include, if so, please include a formula when answering the above questions. thank you

Our data uses full-diluted shares in the calculation of EPS and in the display of shares outstanding, so there's no need to consider dilution in your analysis of per share values.
