For some reason, the SSG chart will not display when viewing the front of the SSG. The other charts on page 2 are ok. What am I doing wrong?

I failed to mention this is when I use TakeStock4 on the StockCentral website.

It could be related to the Java security settings in your browser. What browser are you using? What do you see instead of the graph?

Doug's right; the majority of the time we see this, it's related to the Java control panel on the computer. They recently changed their security settings, and it can cause some trouble with the display of the graph in Take Stock.
I did a post about it here (

It's also worth noting that it can sometimes take a minute for the java app to load up. If you only see a blank screen for a minute or so, it's possible that the java app simply isn't loading. In that case, you might want to go into the control panels and uninstall java, reboot, and then head out to java.com to get a fresh copy installed.

The strangest part about this, as I've been thinking about it, is that there seems to be nothing happening when you go to the page. If Java is uninstalled, or disabled...there should still usually be SOME response. The browser should show a window or an alert that Java is unavailable, or disabled, or something.
If you haven't done so already, I would suggest to try the site in Google's Chrome browser, or Mozilla's Firefox. Trying one or both of these other browsers might help narrow down if the issue is just with a setting in IE 11, or if there's something more general with the Java installed on your computer.

I just tried Mozilla's Foxfire browser and it worked. I guess it is something with IE11.

Hi Mr. Weaver, If you're inclined, I've posted some troubleshooting steps on our FAQ site at: http://www.iclub.com/faq...dex.php?solution_id=1134 The section there on resetting IE to it's defaults might help clear this up without going through a laundry list of all the settings individually.
