My club disbanded in March 2014. I am trying to use 2013 Tax Printer to file final forms, but all that it will do is regenerate the 2013 data. How do I get the Tax Printer to recognize or "use" data from 1/1/14 thru 3/31/14?

Here are all the steps you need to create a Final tax return for your club. Unless all accounts and stocks are zeroed out, you won't be able to create a final form.
