As we move towards having more tools online, we're seeing an increasing number of iPads being used to sign in and navigate around our various sites. While this is usally a smooth process, there have been a few cases of members having trouble signing in. Here are some things we've found to be helpful:

First, close any browser windows that are pointing to stockcentral.com:
In the browser, click the last, or second to last button from the bottom right-hand corner; it should look like a small square, with an extra line around half of the outside.
This will get Safari to show a swipe-able listing of all currently open pages; click the little X at the top corner of any pages that show stockcentral.com

With this done, close the browser, and go to the Settings app/icon, which will most often have a picture of a gear on the front.
In the settings, click the Safari icon, and then take a look for the following two things:
Cookie Settings: Our sites use cookie files, so this would need to be set to either 'From visited', or 'Always'
JavaScript: Our sites also make use of JavaScript, so this should be set to On.

We have also noticed that the Safari browser in iOS seems to hold on to cached or historical copies of pages longer than we would expect from a desktop browser. If you adjust the two settings noted above, and still find that the site does not let you sign in, there are a couple of things you can try.

The easiest we have seen, is that if you go to a search page (google, yahoo, bing, etc.) and do a search for stockcentral.com, then click the link to the page from the search results, Safari appears to treat this as a brand new visit to the page, instead of a return to a cached or historical copy.

If that doesn't work, then the 2nd thing that you might try would be to close the browser window for stockcentral.com, return to the Safari settings page, and use the Clear History option; this should get rid of any cached or historical copies of the page that might be getting in the way of your attempt to sign in.
