I am new to Stock Central.  Is the quality index based on a scale of 1 to 10?

Yes. The Quality Index is based upon the strength and predictability of its sales and earnings growth and on management's efficiency in making use of the resources at its disposal. The Quality Index evaluates the most important attributes of the company over a period of up to ten years and rates that composite on a scale of 1 to 10 with 3.4 being the minimum and 6.7 or above being desirable.
