When I try to export my SSGs (.itk) I get a runtime error 3021 message.  When I close the message, tk6 closes.  I then reopen tk6 and can run other SSGs, but this occurs every time I try to export.

 Hi Roy,

From checking our KB notes here, this has happened once or twice before, but isn't something we've been able to replicate except on computers where it's happening.

First thing I'd ask you to check is to check where the file is exporting to; I know we've had issues with exporting when:

  • Toolkit is trying to export to a USB drive that just isn't plugged in anymore
  • The drive it's trying to export to is full (rare these days, but it can still happen)
  • The drive or folder has been locked. This is still rare, but I'd say just double-check that you can manually copy a file to and from the folder that you're trying to use.

I'd also suggest trying an export as a .ssg file instead of .itk. I ran into an odd issue a while back where Toolkit would allow a file to be saved without some of the recent quarterly data filled in, but it was running into a problem when importing/exporting .itk files.
