One of my portfolios in the Portfolio Report Card is red. I have checked and taken offensive and defensive actions which shoul have turned the portfolio black but it remains red. Nothing I have tried has turned the portfolio black. What is my problem or what am I doing wrong? Thank you very much for your help.
Regards,
Bob Hays

The only way to clear the red alert situation on the home page Portfolio Report Card for a portfolio is if you mark all of the companies in the Alerts section with a Sell indication. In the Offense section, if you merely lower the target return threshold, the portfolio will still show up as red if the return is the only number that is triggering an alert. If you mark it as a Sell, then the portfolio will no longer be in the red alert state. Doug

Thanks Doug,
I did all of that and it stayed red. I had this problem once before and found that if I deleted the portfolio and then re-entered the portfolio data it turned black...that did not work this time.

Bob-
Can you follow up with Tech Support on the ICLUB site? File a request at:
http://www.iclub.com/support/new_ticket.aspx?product=8
We'll want to take a look at your TK6 database, so you can prepare a backup and attach that as well/
