The dell laptop I'd gotten at one of the compufests/investeds crashed within this past year....had to reload everything via orig discs including my tk 5 with my tk 6 upgrade #.

Month later computer mother board totally dead.

 

New HP,,,,relaoding everything again.  Tried to reload my tk5 disc to even GET to where I can add the tk6 number.  I'm not allowed saying I've registered my tk5 too many times (desktop x 1 , Dell x 2, new hp x ???  Have contacted bi ,and was told they would reset my password (???) but to what??

still can't get my TK up and going.

and now...bi is no longer replying.

HELP!!!
