INFY is finally the same rating (6.8) on both Stock Central/Take Stock Quality Roster
and Toolkit 6 Quality Roster.  BUT seems to me that EVERY stock on Quality Roster
whether from Stock Central/Take Stock or from Toolkit 6 should be the same.
THEY ARE NOT ! They are close,10's or 9.5's,but not exact. Why is there a
discrepancy at all between the two ?

Quality Roster is even more out of kilter than yesterday.

INFY is back to 10 again.It was 6.8 yesterday.Other stocks do not coincide with Toolkit 6 as well.

Problem seems more deep rooted than you had anticipated.

Given that they do not agree,which one is more believable ?

As I've pointed, you'll have to wait until the weekend for all the data to get back in sync.

There was an unrelated problem with Morningstar's feed last weekend and that's complicated things a bit.
