I wonder why Satyam [SAY], the Indian outsourcing firm, is still listed in the Roster of Quality Stocks. As widely reported the Chairman was cooking the books and so the data that generates its current 7.4 rating is seriously flawed.

The Roster is a mechanical screen, so companies are only evaluated based on historical results not on any other factors.

When results are officially restated, or when the analysts make a decision on how to reflect the results, then situations like this will resolve themselves.

The data hasn't been updated because the company is not filing.

The routine that creates the Roster doesn't take into account companies that are delinquent in filing. That's something we'll aim to fix.
