BLACK FRIDAY IS UPON US
WARY INVESTORS URGED TO GO SHOPPING...FOR STOCKS!

Retailers from sea to shining sea are shamelessly employing both a strategic and calculated approach to entice holiday shoppers this season as the madhouse known as Black Friday will shortly be upon us. Indeed, news of the tantalizing bargains has been leaked to the press not just hours, but days in advance -- and colonists, itchy for deals following a disappointing fall harvest -- have been seen saddling their horses and topping off their flasks in preparation for the journey.

Alas, this savvy reporter who, for better and for worse, would be remiss should she fail to identify herself as a member of the press, contends that even so, she is privy to information that will indeed allow her to stand out from the bargain-hunting mob. This reporter contends that holiday shoppers are looking in entirely the wrong places and reading entirely the wrong sections of the newspaper. Rather than the glossy sale ads, wise investors must set their fears aside and turn to the stock pages, as investment guru Warren Buffett continues to shout from the mountaintops to all who will take heed and listen. "Fears regarding the long-term prosperity of the nation's many sound companies make no sense. These businesses will indeed suffer earnings hiccups, as they always have. But most major companies will be setting new profit records 5, 10 and 20 years from now," he says. "What is likely... is that the market will move higher, perhaps substantially so, well before either sentiment or the economy turns up. So if you wait for the robins, spring will be over."

ICLUBcentral has declared that, indeed, there is no need to wait for spring. Bargains abound within the very walls of the snow-blanketed Harvard Square headquarters. On to today's headlines...

ICLUBCENTRAL OFFERS PLENTY TO BE THANKFUL FOR!
TAX PRINTER, TOOLKIT 6 ARE THE GIFTS OF THE SEASON

What, you ponder, would be the perfect gift for your fellow long-term, fundamental investor cohorts? This reporter affirms that she has never witnessed anything but the sight of wide-eyed joy and the sounds of irrepressible glee echoing throughout the land as the brightly-colored wrappings and bows are tossed aside to reveal the beauty of the latest Tax Printers and Toolkit 6 software upgrade.

This reporter has long been acknowledged as one who would gladly serve time in the stockades and endure the ridicule of the townspeople should she be prodded to reveal her sources. She therefore can attest that she can be trusted that the information she is about to reveal has been substantiated from within the walls of ICLUBcentral's clandestine operations.

With her constituents' best interests in mind, this reporter would not only suggest, but poke StockCentral members with a cattle prod if she could, to make sure that they do not wait for the robins, as spring is here. Buy ten memberships to StockCentral and your club will receive both the Federal Tax AND the State Tax printer free. That's not only a savings of $89.99 for each tax printer - but news that will cause your club's treasurer to leap with the true joy of the season.

Should your club members care to witness a repeat performance of your treasurer's attempt to defy gravity, be sure to upgrade to Toolkit 6 before the giant ball drops in Times Square and time runs out both on the year 2008 and the Toolkit 6 discount.

IS IT TIME TO STOCK UP?
STOCKCENTRAL MEMBERS PONDER BUFFETT'S ADVICE

Taking Warren Buffett's astute advice to heart, StockCentral member Lynn Brown ponders the Foster City, California-based Gilead Sciences, Inc. "I want to buy one company while everything is down and keep exploring Gilead," she writes in her 11/15/2008 post. "Doesn't health care have to continue to grow with demographics?" She also notes that the company's debt has not increased and that the cash flow looks good.

While Joe Craig noted that the company has appeared on the ICLUBcentral Complete Roster of Quality companies, Nancy Brodsky, who looked at the company as part of a study of biotech companies earlier this year, voiced concerns that Gilead may not be well-diversified, as about 70 percent of its products are HIV-related.

What's your take on the matter? Could Gilead Sciences, Inc., be one of those American companies that will be setting new profit records in the years to come? Or does the company fail the diversification test? If you have an opinion, do chime in on the matter. While you're at it, check out Lynn's Gilead stock study and chart.

TODAY'S ENTIRELY RELEVANT QUOTATION

"Bad news is an investor's best friend. It lets you buy a slice of America's future at a marked-down price."

-Warren Buffet
