As far as I recall, multiple libraries were working before I applied the 6.0.1 update.  Now, after applying that update, strange things are happening.

When I use "Open a previously created Toolkit library." and select a library file from My Documents, that file gets copied to a temporary directory and opened from there.  The temporary location is

Documents and Settings / / Local Settings / Temp /

I see this file path both on the Toolkit 6 window title bar and at the top of the Library Manager dialog box.

Every time I switch to a different library, it creates a new copy of the library in a new  under Local Settings / Temp.  So, the copies accumulate there using up more and more disk space.

"Create a new blank library" creates the new library in the proper place.  (But switching to a different library and then back to the new library results copies being made, as above.)

This is on Windows XP using an Administrator user account.

Strange indeed.  We've gotten three separate reports of related issues, and we're on them now.  I'll post again as we have more details.

No worries - when we release a solution, we'll simply put out an automatic update and put the details on the web site.
