The Screener has a place to screen for Take Stock "mood". However, it appears to not work. No matter what I select for "mood" the screening results are not affected. For example, if I screen for both Min and Max = Reasonable, the result shows all 8,756 companies (and there is nothing on the result page to indicate that any criteria were specificed ... unlike when screening using other factors).
Two more comments about the Screener ...
There is a "Relative Price" factor available for screening. What is that? It's not described in the screener User Guide (where the other screening factors are described).
Why is there no option to screen for Take Stock "Buy Price". It seems that screening for "three green" stocks is an obvious thing to want to do, but there is no way to do it.

I meant to say, of course, that we'll get the errors fixed. I think that "Price in the Buy Zone" would be a good addition, too. On Sat, May 31, 2008 at 12:29 PM, Joe Craig jncraig@gmail.com> wrote:

Keep in mind that "Price in the Buy Zone" means something very specific in an SSG context which is very different from what "Buy Price" means in a Take Stock context.
Because of that, I think "in the Buy Zone" would be a poor choice of terminology for use with Take Stock and the Screener.
