I hope that this comes as pleasant news.

Many of you have been bitten by a problem what we've had where, if you take to long in writing a forum message, the editor refreshes and you your carefully written reply disappears.

THIS PROBLEM HAS BEEN FIXED!!!!!

So, you can now feel free to leave that editor window open for as long as you like ... and clicking the Submit button will post your message.  That's assuming that you don't take days to post your message, of course!

Thanks for being patient with us while we tracked down the error and fixed it.

I cannot get information on Spectra Energy (a spinoff from Duke Power/Energy). When trying to do an SSG, the ticker (SE) is not recognized...or at least I cannot get any info. Somehow, it switches to another company.
Any suggestions?

I'm not seeing any problem plugging "SE" into any of the StockCentral tools.

You said that you are having trouble getting SSG data. Which software
are you using? If you go to the "Data" page and enter SE as the
ticker, you will find a link to manually download an SSG file for
Spectra Energy. Regardless of which software you are using, you can
download the file and then manually import the file into your program.

I get SE using TK5, but only one year of data is available thus far.

Quite true. The opening line of Spectra Energy's annual report begins
this way: "This is Spectra Energy's first annual report ..." They
finished their first year of operation at the end of 2007. So,
there's not a lot of history as a stand-alone company.
