I recently wrote instructions for the merger of CI and ESRX. This is a merger where the merger consideration is part cash and part CI shares. New information regarding this merger was posted to the CI web site. This new information has been incorporated into revised instructions for entering this merger. These revised instructions should be available in the ICLUBcentral web site soon.
If you used the previous instructions you will need to delete the entries made and follow the new instructions. If you are using Club Accounting 3, seriously consider migrating to Myiclub.com. These merger-with-cash transactions are MUCH easier to enter in the online platform.
