Going nuts. Have called and talked to support but they've not been able to figure it out. I used to have no problem duplex printing when printing the various Toolkit 6 reports (i.e. PERT, Trend, Defense, etc). However, for some time now, I simply can't get the duplex to work (works fine with all my other programs). I go in to change the settings, and hit the "ok" button but it then proceeds to print one sided (wasting a LOT of paper). It seems to me that this may have started when I upgraded from Windows 7 to 10, but can't be sure. I've reloaded my print driver (Brother printer that works wonderfully) to no avail. IClub/StockCentral staff can't seem to figure it out. Anybody else run into this problem? Any solutions?

Yes, this recently happened to me. It is not a Windows 7 to 10 change. I am still using Windows 7. I do not have a solution for printing from ToolKit. I have a PDF virtual printer that converts the reports to PDF files and appears as a printer. After the conversion I can print duplex pages from the PDF reader. Not an ideal solution but it will work until the issue with ToolKit is resolved.

I had a quick conversation with the programmers and found that ToolKit uses Windows print functions. They were a little surprised as no changes in the ToolKit print functions were made on our side. The change in ability to print in duplex mode may be from a Windows update. If so it affected a Windows 7 user (me) as well as a Windows 10 user. I would appreciate a periodic update as to whether this continues or duplex printing ability directly from ToolKit reappears at some point. Thanks.
