I was wanting to export a Take Stock file to Investment club members for a club meeting to use as a tool to invest with along with the Toolkit 6 SSG. Toolkit6 and SSG Plus offers an Export feature where you can send the stock study to members of the club and I was wanting to do the same with Take Stock so they could have comparison. Is Take Stock available for export to members to evaluate a Stock?

Hi,

Short of saving a print of the results as a PDF, using an outside program, there isn't currently a direct method fro sharing results from Take Stock. I've passed the idea over to our product development folks though, for consideration.

A quick update:

We've added a PDF button to the SSG in Take Stock. Now, if you're looking at a Stock Study, there will be a PDF button near the top right-hand corner of the page. Clicking the button will download a PDF showing the front and back of the Stock Study.

I tried using the PDF the Black Square in the top right hand corner. When I click on it nothing works. I was wanting it to save to my documents. Please advise.

When you get the PDF to work can you also add it to the RATIO Analyzer page?

I tried this morning with Internet Explorer, Firefox, and Google Chrome, and they all either opened the file automatically, or saved it to my downloads folder.
If you have one of those three browsers, I would suggest to check the download list, to see if the file is being saved automatically. For any of those three browsers, hold down the Ctrl key on the keyboard, and tap the letter J. That should bring up a list of recently downloaded files.
If you're using a different browser, let me know, and I can try that as well.

I am using Google Chrome and Windows 10 OS. However when I click on the PDF nothing happens. I usually see a window in the lower left corner asking me if I want it to open or save the PDF but nothing shows up with this PDF when I click on it. I checked my Download file and nothing is there. I tried Firefox and everything worked. I was able to download it to the download file in windows. I don't know what the problem with Chrome is. I tried the new Email functions with Chromes and it does not work, Microsoft EDGE does not work, Microsoft explorer does not work, but it works with Firefox but I do not receive anything. I need help with all to get it to work.
