In our tests so far, Toolkit 6 appears to work fine with Windows 10.

Since we can't guarantee compatibility with all computer setups or peripherals, our support team will work with any affected customers to address specific problems as they might arise.

I can not get the Owners Manual to come up when I click on the the Manual Icon. Is this because of Windows 10 or is there something else wrong?

It's probably not related to Windows 10 directly. The manual works fine on Windows 10 for me. Do you have a PDF reader installed? Do you get an error message? Do all the buttons on the toolbar work correctly (if not, you may need to reset your display settings to normal, and then the Manual icon will work).

The manual is in the Toolkit 6 program directory, which should be at C:\Program Files (x86)\ICLUBcentral\Toolkit6 -- is the "Toolkit 6 Manual.pdf" file there?

I found that there is an PDF icon on my desktop that says Toolkit 6 manual. I can click on the PDF icon on the desktop instead for the manual on toolkit 6. I did not get an error message when I clicked on the Icon in toolkit 6. All the buttons work correctly except the Manual Icon button that did not work. I am not sure what you mean to reset my display setting to normal? I checked the display setting and did not see a setting that said normal. Thanks

I just installed TK6 on a new Windows 10 PC and the Manual icon works fine. The file that it opens is in the same place as the shortcut icon on the desktop ("C:\Program Files (x86)\ICLUBcentral\Toolkit6" in my case).

Our Support team hasn't seen this before -- I think it might be related to security software on your computer that is preventing TK6 from opening your Adobe Reader. Do you have something like that running in your taskbar?

I do have a security software program on my taskbar Desktop computer running windows 10. I took the security software off the taskbar but I still get the same results as before with the Manual Icon not working. I have another computer a Laptop with Windows 8.1 and and Toolkit6 and the Manual Icon works with Toolkit 6 and I have the same security software on the taskbar.

Surprise,Surprise,Surprise. I downloaded the latest version for Toolkit6 and the Manuals Icon started working with Windows 10 and the Security software I have. Thanks for the Update.
