Diluted Shares missing from SSG

I was doing a SSG and noticed that the diluted shares to calculate the Revenue-based EPS Estimate EPS was missing. I went to the Data port and checked and it was not there. I entered the Shares data and the SSG calculated the EPS By Revenue Estimate. In the past we have gotten the Diluted shares data. Why do we not have them now?

The 6.4.14 update to Toolkit made some changes to the way we presented shares outstanding and diluted shares. You will need to do a Data Update to repopulate the Diluted Shares valued in the Revenue-Based EPS Estimate screen for all your companies. I have tried to do a update data and no change in the diluted share data. Should I try to download the newest toolkit update again?

Have you confirmed that you are running version 6.4.14? What does the StockCentral Company Report display for Diluted Shares for the company you are looking at? (At http://www.stockcentral.com/data/company.aspx).

The last time I downloaded the Update It said I was using 6.4.14. However, In the Data Tab there are no Diluted share information. I have tried to do a data update but nothing changes on the data in the Data Tab so I do not see any information in the Revenue-based EPS Estimate screen or the Make earnings Per Share Selection Here Scree. Where the EPS by "Revenue Estimate" are. I can go into the Data Tab and manually enter the diluted data share information and it works on the Revenue-based EPS Estimate screen and the Make Earnings Per Share Selection Here screen.

Open the company, then click the "Refresh Data" button on the company toolbar. Does that download the diluted shares information for that company?
If not, which stock are you looking at, and what does the StockCentral Company Report show for Diluted Shares for that company?

How can I refresh the Library without pulling up each individual stock one at time?

I found how to update the Library to include the missing diluted shares. Go to File, Update Companies, click on Changes only, click on all companies, click Updates.
