Why is Toolkit's SSG, BetterInvestings Company Research report and Take Stock showing a Capitol Structure date of 12/31/2008. All other data appears to be recent.

I think this is because RIO doesn't file 10-K or 8-K forms with the SEC. They only provide Forms 6-K and 11-K to the SEC, and as such their results aren't being picked up by Morningstar.
