I'm officially out on vacation for the week, so this is going to be a reasonably quick post. On June 15 there were some changes made to the stockcentral data feed, which for most folks won't have much of an effect.
If your copy of Toolkit, Stock Analyst or Stock Prospector aren't up to date though, you'll have a bit of trouble getting data, and may see a message about having a unique URL key.
In most cases, this means all you need to do is go to the Help menu in the software, choose "Check For Updates", and let the software handle things from there.
Sometimes however, doing this will lead to a further error message, usually one that I've made note of in previous posts: Error 75.
The quickest fix for this will be to first close the program, to get back to the Desktop.
From here, right click on the icon or shortcut for the software, and choose 'Run As Administrator'. You'll likely get an alert from Windows, to which you can say Allow or Continue. When the program comes up, it may ask you to register. Since what I'm describing is temporary, skip the registration. Once the program gets open, then go back to that Help menu, and choose the "Check For Updates". Let the software run its course, and things will be back to normal.
After this, you can open the software as usual
