I'm club treasurer and I'm rebuilding my PC at home, big upgrade. I may have to reinstall my OS and the club software. My question is, what sort of registration problems will I have if I reinstall the software and want to activate it with the existing serial number? Back ups of club data are up to date and backed up on CD.

Thanks in advance,

We do restrict the number of times that you can install the program, but we can adjust that limit on our registration server if necessary, so you can give us a call or send an inquiry on our support web site. I did check your club record and you'll be fine to re-install it if you need to. Make sure you've got that backup in good condition before you wipe the old hard drive!

Thanks for the reassurance Doug!

And I appreciate the reminder on the backup. I do the equivalent of off-site backups by adding the current and past month to CD1 which I then swap with our club president at the meeting for CD2, and repeat the process the next month but with CD2. That way, if my house burns down, the club still has a copy of its data that's fairly up to date.

Mike
