Toolkit 6 - Download Alert seems confused

I downloaded fresh data for ORCL and saved the stock study.
When I restart Toolkit 6 it gives me a "Download Alert" that says "Toolkit will now go online to see if updated data is available for stocks in your library." I click OK.
After a short pause (presumably checking on the internet) I get an "Update Company Data" window showing the ORCL study I just saved telling me that data is available for Q2 ending 11/30/2008. Since it's 9/21/2008 today there is, of course, no such data.
Why does this happen?
Also, the button at the bottom of the "Update Company Data" window is labeled "Update Selected Company", which implies that only one company will be updated (there is no way to select multiple companies in that window). In fact, it appears that all companies are updated regardless of which one is selected before clicking that button.

Yes, I experienced the same confused data updater issue with TEVA, so we've got it on the list. We'll also get that text fixed.
Thanks.

Doug, At the Puget Sound Investors Fair you asked me if I had a recent example of this problem.
AMAT is such an example. Using the BetterInvesting data feed the latest data is for the October 2008 quarter but Toolkit 6.1 thinks January 2009 data (01/31/2009) should be available.
Using StockCentral data gives the opposite behavior. The latest quarterly date is only July 2008 (why not Oct 2008!!). Toolkit 6.1 does NOT suggest that October 2008 data should be available (is that a separate problem)?
