With regard to Smart Tags in MS Office Excel: Does anyone have a clue as to why some ticker symbols are not recognized with smart tags? These six are all 3 or 4 letters long: AUY, FSLR, GOOG, KNX, NEXS, NVT, & STP |

Note the comment there "Microsoft is no longer updating this file regularly. Therefore, newer stock symbols may not be recognized." Looking for stocks.dat on my computer, it was last updated in 1994!
