Joe,

Not quite sure yet as I haven't used StockCentral a lot ... intend to ramp up my activity though. Here's a question: does StockCentral has RSS feeds to StockCentral :: Community so that I can read discussions/threads from a RSS reader?

Hi Bakul,

We look forward to your feedback and forum contributions when you've had a chance to make a bit more use of the site.

We do have RSS feeds availabe for our forums, and our blog.  When in any given forum you can scroll towards the bottom and look for hte "RSS" icon.  Same thing for Blog under the "Learn" tab.

To make it easier though i've made an announcement posting here in the Town Crier Forum with links to all available StockCentral.com RSS feeds.  Hope that helps!

Dave

Thanks, Dave. I've used some RSS urls already in my RSS reader.  Works like a charm.

Joe,

I love the wisdom of the group.  My favorite thread is the "Stocks to own in 2007 and beyond".  Looking at picks and why has been a great learning oportunity for me.  I still think that the individual stock postings are a bit thin, but anticipate that it would improve as membership increases.  I can't tell you how much I enjoy reading helpful posts from veterans like Danny and Armin and a host of others.

I've used the training modules put on by Ira and others (and asked many obnoxious questions); but, again came away with a much better understanding.

My second favorite place is the tools tab.  I love that I can look at so many places at one spot.  I look at Valueline, S&P data feed and here for all of my stock research.

The issue for me has been that I have to visit too many boards. For example, I visit Compuserve and Mark's ManifestInvesting.com boards, and now this board. So, it becomes a challenge as to where and how much to post or participate.

I would like to see a default of at least a few days on the forums search. Maybe in the future members can choose what time frame they would like to reference.

PS Thanks for the shoutout Jeanie. I too feel very fortunate for those who share their thoughts here, newbies or dinosaurs!

Yes, I like SC. A couple of things... (1) you have a link to InvestEd, why don't you have one to the BI convention?, (2) it would really be great if you had a portfolio feature that included a TakeStock run on the holdings. Thanks.
