Hi,

I've been using the old Mac version of Investor's Toolkit for almost 10 years. The only thing I use regularly is the SSG, in conjunction with the BI S&P data download. In OSX, this involves a bit of work with MacLink Plus to make the data readable to the old Mac program. It would be great if there were an on-line subscription version of the toolkit (especially the SSG). Our Club would be happy to pay a small Annual fee for this convenience. Any chance? Thanks,

Kathy

Kathy,

Can I recommend stockfundas to you? Their free service will let you complete the basic stock analysis online. You can share your results, too!

stockfundas is a participant here, so you can go the the stockfundas forum to discuss the product.

And, I'd be remiss if I fail to point out that StockCentral subscribers can get a discount if they choose to subscribe to stockfundas' premium service.

Thanks, Joe and Rajiv. I joined right after Joe posted a reply to my question. Looks good! I'll let you know my reaction after I do a few SSGs. I've also told members of my club about both iclubcentral and stockfundas. Thanks again,

Kathy

Churr software has an SSG application that is programmed for Macintosh. The program name is Stock Investment Guide and is reasonably priced. Input the ticker symbol and it automatically downloads the data and constructs SSGs I've used this software for a couple of years ans really like it.

To round out the discussion, there is also a product from Intuitec.com that comes in Windows, Mac, and Linux versions!

Thanks, everyone. The Churr product looks very good, but for now I'll stick with stockfundas because the online aspect is appealing. Our club will discuss all the alternatives at our January meeting. You've all been a great help! Thanks.

Kathy,

Our "stockfundas" forum would be a great place to discuss this product!

Speaking of online analysis software, I hope that everyone has seen the new "take stock" tab.  That's right ... StockCentral now includes Take Stock!

We hope that you enjoy it ...
