Pfizer spun off its Upjohn unit which merged with Mylan to form Viatris. For Pfizer shareholders this is treated as a non-taxable spinoff of Viatris. Full instructions for Pfizer shareholders are posted on the ICLUBcentral web site at https://www.iclub.com/faq/Home/Article?id=688For Mylan shareholders this is a taxable event. Instructions are being written now and should be posted on the ICLUBcentral web site by early next week(starting 23 November). Russell Malley
